MKAB Cashflow

Terms of Service

Effective 26 August 2026

Operator and scope

MKAB Cashflow is operated by Mikhail Kalkov AB, organisation number 559148-2939. It is a private, internal service for the company's cash-flow forecasting, bookkeeping support, and financial reconciliation. It is not offered to the public.

These terms apply when a person authorised to represent Mikhail Kalkov AB connects a company bank account or uses account information through the service.

Authorised use

Access is limited to people authorised by Mikhail Kalkov AB. An authorised user must protect authentication devices and authorization links, must not allow another person to use their access, and must promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

Bank account information

The service retrieves selected account identifiers, balances, and transactions through Enable Banking Oy after an authorised user approves access with the relevant bank. The bank determines which accounts, data, and historical period are available.

The access is read-only. MKAB Cashflow does not initiate payments, transfer funds, or ask for or store BankID credentials.

Choice and revocation

Connecting an account is voluntary. Active data-sharing authorizations can be reviewed or terminated through the bank or through Enable Banking's consent management page. Revocation stops future retrieval after it takes effect, but it does not automatically erase information that Mikhail Kalkov AB must retain by law or still needs on another valid legal basis. See the Privacy Notice for details.

Availability and accuracy

The service depends on banks and other external providers. Information can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or temporarily unavailable. Forecasts and reconciliations are decision support only. Financial decisions, payments, bookkeeping entries, and statutory filings must be checked against the relevant authoritative source.

Suspension and termination

Mikhail Kalkov AB may suspend or revoke access to protect the company, comply with law, or respond to misuse. A bank or Enable Banking may also interrupt or terminate account access under its own terms or regulatory obligations.

Changes

The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated to active authorised users before they take effect where reasonably possible.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Questions can be sent to mikhail.kalkov@gmail.com.
